Investment Structure: Primarily equity interest in joint ventures.
   
Equity Investment Size: Generally, $100,000 to $2,000,000 equity commitment per transaction.
   
Investment Types: Real estate and real estate related investments.

Single asset investments and portfolio investments.

Emphasis on value enhancement through a repositioning of an existing property.
   
Hold Period: 1 to 4 years
   
Asset Classes:
Will invest in a variety of asset classes including hotel, office, retail, single-family, multi-family, and less traditional investments such as senior housing and student housing.
   
Geographic Investment Preference:
Flexible, however, Z-21 primarily invests in major metropolitan locations in the United States with populations in excess of 500,000. Seeking cities and regions with a depth to the real estate market that will provide a viable investment exit.
