Z-21 Development, Inc. will invest in a variety of asset classes including hotel, office, retail, single family, multi-family, and less traditional investments such as senior housing and student housing. We invest in these asset classes on a single asset or portfolio basis.
Emphasis on value enhancement through a repositioning of an existing property. Our average hold period is 2 years on most investments. We are seeking cities and regions with a depth to the real estate market that will provide a viable investment exit.
